"Extremely clean, beautiful home, well appointed. Hot tub was fantastic. The area by the lake is amazing! The hosts were accommodating and kept in touch to see if we needed anything. Close to everything you would want to see (day trips) but far enough outside of the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend!"

"What a great little three bedroom place! It had everything we needed to have a completely care-free stay, and we appreciated the owner fixing two little things within hours of our mentioning them. House is in a great family neighborhood about 15 minutes outside the city center. We only rented one car and my son was using it a lot of the time. Didn't present any problem though as there are lots of restaurants and shopping choices within an easy walk. "The house seems brand new, as is the neighborhood. It was a good fit for our family. It is on the outskirts of Kingston with a five minute drive to local restaurants. Drives to the waterfront take 20 -25 minutes, but traffic is manageable. The kitchen had all the kitchenware you will need. Bedrooms are furnished well with comfortable beds. It seems to be in a very safe area. There is a small park with children's play equipment at the end of the block. We saw two bunnies at the park. "

The amenities within the home are very basic and the exterior could use some attention to make this home a little more inviting. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to the lake, the quaint village of Bath, McKinnon Brothers Brewery, as well as easy access to Hwy 401. I would recommend this home to families with young children because of all the space to safely play."
