"Our ocean view room with king size bed was clean and comfy. Slept with the slider opened one night to listen to the ocean. Next night with the AC on and slider closed. Nice to have both options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast assortment met our needs. Pool, jacuzzi and sitting areas were clean. Staircase to beach and walking distance to pier made it a great first Pismo Beach visit for us. "

"We enjoyed our stay, the staff is kind and inviting. Although over the years they have made tremendous improvement overall to the property and rooms, they need to attend to the details. I suggest the room service staff be trained in housekeeping/hospitality cleaning. Again it's the details that matter and will bring this hotel to the next level. "

"Charming beach cottage. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots/pans, bedding for sleeper sofas and upper bunk bed, and an abundance of towels. Outside areas furnished and appropriated nicely. Easy access to the beach. "

"My family and I had a wonderful time at your beach house Strand A & B. We give it a 5 star!! Check-in was easy. Location was perfect. A few steps away was the beach. Literally beach front. My dad and uncles had a blast fishing morning and afternoon. The kiddos were so happy using the beach toys provided in the garage. I appreciate that there were beach chairs, boogie boards, and wood for the bonfire. There so many sand dollars and shells on the beach my children collected. The weather was perfect!The two homes were perfect and had plenty of space. Both kitchens was fully stock with utensils, pots/pans, salt/pepper/olive oil, BBQ grill and everything you needed to cook a full meal. They had a keurig, coffee pot, and tea kettle. When we got there, the ATV worker nearby came when we were unloading saying we had to move our vehicle. We had issues with opening the garage door with the key code. Kayla from Avant stay called in a timely manner and assisted my family with all our needs. We were allowed to park 2 cars in the front and 2 cars in the garage. My family and I can’t wait to come back. A weekend full of love, laughter, and great memories were made at Strand A & B. "
