Ocean Park Hotels, San Juan

"Great stay, we got an ocean view room on the 14th floor, WOW! What an amazing view. The grounds will maintained the pool is clean. The bars are great. The staff is friendly. The beach is fantastic. It’s basically a private beach for the hotel. All the staff was nice enough to get everything ready for us at the beach the ocean very nice very well taken care of. The food was OK. It wasn’t the best but it was pretty good for being hotel food. The restaurants aren’t as varied as other places we’ve stayed but they’re good enough overall great location great hotel."

"Pros- Room was clean. Ocean view side was amazing. Some restaurants options around. Cons- Parking is about 10-15 min walking over cobble stones and some stairs. The staff person when i checked in was not helpful. Will not give you an option to check in a few minutes later and then make you wait 15 because everyone is checking in at the same time and they only have one person in front. There’s no one answering the phone for help once you are in your room so you actually have to go to the counter. And no one answers the phone provided by on expedia website or google. "
