"We had a little mini getaway in San Diego from Sacramento to meet family and visit Seaworld. We loved the size of the suite to fit our family of 4 and even had gathering with the rest of the family outside our patio in front of the beach. I used the gym and it’s missing some sizing of weights. Even though our trip was short 3 days we did feel “on vacation” because the hotel was so tropical and fun. "

"The room I selected wasn't available. I was not charged for parking and offered a 50% discount but yet to receive waiting on hotels.com. The phones in the room didn't work. Had to go to front desk anytime for any assistance and that was a hike. Tried calling hotels from my cell never any answer. Location was great for another needs, plenty stores and restaurants in the area"

"The floors in the room felt dirty. The balcony was in need of repair and paint. The shower head also needed replacing. The water pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water. The slider to the balcony needed attention."
