Comfortable bed/ pillows, very clean and incredible service especially from both Rami and Dominik that gave wonderful suggestions for things to do around the city and helping me with a train ticket, going above and beyond. Charming hotel with a superb location - short walks from central train station; to Hohensalzburg Fortress and everything else in between! Spacious room and beds.
