Absolutely beautiful hotel with great staff, special mention to Corinne, Stefan & Eftahlia, they were super friendly helpful efficient just outstanding, due to them, I extended stay to 13 nights. The location of hotel just perfect with views of mountains & close to bus to take you into heart of Salzburg, also the cook was amazing too. Highly recommend, will definitely be back. Thanks everyone for making my 55th birthday so special & relaxing! ❤️❤️

Property manager has quickly responded to my comment upon check in regarding A/C operation, although initially it was slow acting but eventually the room was cooled to a comfortable level. She did ask me the next day if everything was operating well.

Schöner, aber viel zu kurzen Aufenthalt. Service funktioniert perfekt. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, auf Nachfrage auch Spiegel- und Rührei. Service das Abendessen auf das Zimmer zu bringen ist perfekt! Essen schmeckt phantastisch, Restaurant ist . Leider benötigten wir wegen eines Hexenschusses einen Notarzt. Uns wurde bei der Organisation sehr geholfen.

Tres bien sur toute la ligne

Tous les services de la chambre au restaurant. Très appréciable d'acheter les tickets de bus sur place. Bons conseils. Bon restaurant. Bonnes bières... emplacement parking sans stress. On a passé plusieurs jours en toute sérénité ici.

Wonderful Salzburg

We have stayed at Hotel Hölle numerous times and dont let the name fool you. It is a great hotel, with spacious, well furnished and cosy rooms, friendly staff and located next to a huge parking lot. It is quite far away from the old city center, but it is not really a problem, and it makes excursions in the area easy accessible. We love it and will return for sure; Salzburg is always worth another visit!

Cette hôtel ne vaut pas **** ... une odeur cuisine jusque dans la chambre, poussière en dessous du lit, ventilateur hors service salle de bains. Cuisine ??? On a mangé le jours de l’arrivée.... pas 2 fois... pauvre déjeuner, approvisionnement en dessous de tout, Tranches de fromage jambon .. de la veille. Machine de café ... pas de suivi, plus de lait... auqu’une fraîcheur... on ira plus jamais. Au niveau du personnel, nous avons remarqué une personne avec un sourire.. très triste endroit...
