"We loved our two nights stay at Melfort House. It was peaceful idyll that restored us somewhat as we were nearing the end of our road trip through Scotland. Matthew is a wonderful host, and we felt welcome in his home. The breakfast offerings were top notch, and our room and bed were so comfortable. "Parking and location is the best part about this property. The restaurant is a good option if you are in hurry. Rooms are clean, staff is helpful. Every thing else is average. to us a convenient parking was very important and the property offered it at reasonable terms."
