Disliked: Amenities, communication
Property was shown (map and description) as being on mainland but was, in fact, on an island. Tried for months to get a refund but both property owners and Expedia pointed me back to the other. Over and over and over for months. No one would own the mistake despite screen shots, etc. Will never book anything from either again. Sykes Cottages in Scotland.
