"This was a sex hotel!
Took 45 minutes to check in …totally incompetent.
Room had signs saying extra charge for dirty sheets and towels and vomit in the bed!
Towels were like coarse sandpaper. No shampoo in shower. Forget hair blower. Broken air conditioner and noise from street traffic. Wouldn’t let us leave until they checked our room.
Only good things…close to airport and hot shower.

The hostel is nice and centrally located. The space is calm, clean, and cute.The space was great, but the best part of Ginger Banana was the people! The staff seriously went above and beyond to help me navigate the city/find tours and make me feel welcome. They helped me feel comfortable and taken care of as a solo traveler.
