The view of the area is beautiful but the service could be improved. We tried to call the front desk for towels, because we only have two, but never got an answer the phone just kept ringing.. We tried the number they had on the desk to text for questions and it took us 3 tries before we got a hold of anyone. Same thing happened the next day when we were trying to ask for late check out, it took awhile before I got a text back.
The restaurant has a nice view of the bay, but the menu was disappointing. We ended up just drinking coffee and not eating at all. The elevators of the hotel could use an update. Whenever we used the elevator to go to the lobby, it sounds like it’s thinking if it should move or shut down. The one thing that the hotel have going for them is the location, otherwise it would have been so not worth staying again.
