"The hotel was nice and clean. The issue I had was I stayed there during the blizzard and lost power, there was no generator so I lost all the food I had in the mini fridge, I had to shower in the dark, and no one ever came around to check if I needed anything. It took over a week to hear back from someone regarding a refund. Once I spoke to the GM, I received my refund and was happy with the outcome and communication. "

"We didn’t spend too much time at the hotel since we arrived in Red Bank in the afternoon and attended a concert by The Bronx Wanderers at 6pm. We did not use the gym; however, the room itself was fine with a beautiful view of the water. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that there weren’t any snack machines or a mini mart on the premises. "
