"The room was clean and the hotel was quiet, except for the toilet that kept running for 10 seconds every 5 minutes (good luck if you get put into room 112). People were also vaping in the hotel, as there was a very strong odor of it whenever I used the bathroom and going out into the hallway.

"We always stay at the crown plaza when we fly out of Cleveland. This time there was no soaps or blow dryer. Room was bare of anything that we would normally use. This place does need upgrades. "

"The room was nice but the housekeeper hadn’t done a great job. She left a wash cloth from another guest hanging on the shower curtain rod. I will admit it could have been hard to see, but it was there. Also, and I know this is something most people wouldn’t even consider, but the flags are hung incorrectly. The state flag is hanging on the tallest pole and the US flag is flying below that, which is improper. I was going to bring this to the attention of the morning clerk, but no one was at the counter."

"The hosts were delightful and very welcoming. The Rooms and bathrooms were all updated and very nice as well. The lower floor's asthetic was more cluttered, but I was told that they were working on remeding that. TBH, it reminded me of my Grandparents farmhouse. My wife and I would stay there again; my teenage daughter, not so much. "
"Even though the host accepted a last minute reservation, the house was not ready for guests. It was dirty and had a man and his child living there. A mattress and box springs was placed in the center of the floor in one room (no frame) and a the host was unboxing an air mattress for another room. We did NOT end up staying. Definitely not ready for guests."
