We were here for the Browns n BENGALS game. On Sunday morning we were still at the hotel and house keeping knocked on the door and just walked in and we hadn’t even checked out yet. We’ve stayed in a lot of Home 2s all over and have never had this happen. EVER!!!!! And got the extra blanket out and it had blood on it. I’m not sure what’s up here but generally always have great stays here. That’s why we always go out of our way to stay at Home 2 hotels. But other than that it was a nice hotel.

I took 1 star away because the back of the bathroom door was loaded with loose haor stuck to it that had not been cleaned off. We closed the bathroom door, and all this hair went everywhere in the bathroom. I cleaned it,myself, with one of their towels. Also, refrigerator was empty but smelled like something spoiled in it. Other than that, we thought this room was exceptionally clean and comfy!

It looked fine when we arrived but moved rooms due to fighting dogs next door. New room had beds so hard that I couldn’t sleep. Asked night manager to change room and he refused. We left at 3 am since he did not help us find another room and we will never stay at a Hilton Home2Go again.
