The night guy literally got annoyed that I didn't come in to check in right away because his girl was waiting in the parking lot and I was on a phone call. rooms are spacious and cleaned up. TV remotes are often without battery power.

We were there for about a week and a half the roads are extremely clean they remodeled and the staff there is absolutely wonderful especially Lisa and I don't remember the gentleman's name but he works in the evenings they were always helping us if we needed anything I would definitely recommend staying there if you are traveling through Ohio Middleburg Heights. The gentleman that works in the evenings definitely deserve a raise

Great place for a great value.

The rooms were nice, so was the lady at the front desk and the night staff. Overall great hotel but there was allot of lint on the towels. Not a huge issue if your have your own. Highly recommend.

Staff was really great and helped us switch rooms quickly to an accessible room when we needed it. Looks like the property is undergoing a lot of renovation as it is needed. But rooms were clean and spacious. The beds could also use an update as well.

Its an agh.

You get what you pay for. If you're looking for a cheap room to crash for a night and dont mind the smell, rough bathroom, old towels, no microwave, musty ac/heater and ultra bright lights then there ya go. Room was clean other then the smell that literally hits you like a concrete wall when you walk in. Bed was comfortable and tv was nice. Front desk employees were very nice and helpful.

Needs a lot of work.

The beds were comfortable and clean. I would not step foot into the bathtub and they repaired the wall with duct tape. They need to update the bathroom. Also the stairs and walkways leading need a lot of work.

There were a lot of people that looked like they were living in the hotel, and I read some thing about the city of Cleveland offering hotels as sheltered to homeless people. I’m not sure that was what was going on here, but everybody I saw outside their room liked to be hanging out outside their door, smoking, watching people in the parking lot, with their doors wide open. There was lots of talking loudly on the phone, with people standing or walking along the walkways outside of people’s rooms. The bathroom smelled like urine, I found some pretty long pubic hairs around the sink and toilet area, so it wasn’t the cleanest room I’ve ever been in. The desk staff behind the bulletproof glass window was very friendly and helpful. There were a good selection of restaurants nearby to go eat when you needed something immediately, and the location was really good for walking to the college, This is definitely a two star hotel, but you get what you pay for, as always. At least the people that work there are nice. The price of this hotel allowed me to stay, the duration that I needed to stay, and I never felt unsafe or threatened.
