What a fantastic experience it was staying here. Please ask for Indu to pick you up and drive you around in either his spacious van or locally tuk tuk. He also has a small store nearby with a lovely helpful family. He is a gentleman. The host family are just beautiful people. Nothing is too much trouble. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel over New years. The staff and management (especially owner Rizeya) were wonderful, so friendly and made us feel at home ! The property is gorgeous, spacious rooms with stunning views and everything was clean & well maintained. The food was delicious, too ! Would highly recommend this hotel !

We opted for a lake view room. The view was wonderful and the staff were welcoming, accomodating and absolutely amazing. We would have no hesitation to return to this beautiful hotel overlooking the lake.

Clear directions provided prior to arrival, quick check-in and warm welcome provided. The 2 story villa is cosy and comfortable with all necessary amenities provided including coffee machine, microwave, fridge, usb speaker, sofa, dining table, crockery and cutlery. Think Fresh Prince of Bell Air, Think Jetwings Bungalow. Sanath is your very own Uncle Geoff, there's very little that man can't do. Food is impeccable, service is attentive and the setting is of a colonial home. It truly is nostalgia magnified.

Great hotel with modern facilities. It felt like more of a home stay rather than a hotel. The food here was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The only thing missing from this place was a bit of music in the lobby and restaurant... it was very quiet while we were eating!

Their performance in arranging a guide for Adam's Peak and car transfer to Negombo left something to be desired. Otherwise they deserve the plaudits given them by other reviewers.
