"Its a property about 7 km away from town. Its a beautifully built property . As i understand it has 6 rooms, and a pool table in the loft. Great staff. There is no lift but its not an issue. There are small things they need to see to. Like salt and pepper shakers ( rather than sticking your fingers into the salt/pepper jar. ) there are no tissues in the room/bathroom. No hand washers - but lovely towels. The scenery from the small restaurant is amazing. This is place i may stay at again"

"Great value stay at this once state of the art 1930s hotel. Full of old world charm, white cotton sheets, surprised they were not starched. Huge bedrooms and with a bath. Big breakfast in the period dining room. Ideally situated and next door to the Grand Hotel with more opulence. "

"Our stay at the Galway Heights Hotel may not have happened as I had booked the wrong night for accommodation! Dilshan and the team went beyond expectations and found 2 rooms for our travelling group (the last 2!)...was kind enough to show us the room and see if it met our expectations and had them both freshened up so that we could be comfortable for the night. The team at this hotel bent over backwards to help us, the room was big, comfortable and clean and the team in the restaurant were just as nice (the dining room is a work of art). The only thing to be wary of is that the rooms let in a fair bit of noise, so don't forget to pack your ear plugs!"

"A lovely stay at the Heritance Tea Factory. It's a repurposed tea estate factory, with just 50 rooms. Great service, and good a la carte options. Tea here is super, but coffee drinkers will be disappointed. "
