This was a truely sublime experience; not really a hotel but an exquisite Guest House with a view to die for. The road to Ambewela was a little rough and the last 4km to the Warwick Gardens Estate was very narrow and rough, a work in progress, but well worth the drive. It proved to be the most wonderful experience of our holiday. Hearing the laughter of children playing in the streets of the village below set the scene for a remarkable life affirming experience. I would truely love to keep this...

A Peaceful Home Away From Home Our family absolutely loved our stay at Tathya Hills Luxury Retreat. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. Nestled in the hills just a short drive from the town centre and Lovers Leap Waterfall, the property offers a peaceful escape surrounded by beautiful scenery. Our family room was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our family of four. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the heater kept the...

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel over New years. The staff and management (especially owner Rizeya) were wonderful, so friendly and made us feel at home ! The property is gorgeous, spacious rooms with stunning views and everything was clean & well maintained. The food was delicious, too ! Would highly recommend this hotel !

What a fantastic experience it was staying here. Please ask for Indu to pick you up and drive you around in either his spacious van or locally tuk tuk. He also has a small store nearby with a lovely helpful family. He is a gentleman. The host family are just beautiful people. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well appointed. The views are breathtaking. They also cooked dinner for us one night - which was superb. We were advised to stay here by both family and...

We opted for a lake view room. The view was wonderful and the staff were welcoming, accomodating and absolutely amazing. We would have no hesitation to return to this beautiful hotel overlooking the lake.

What an exceptionally beautiful hotel, set away in a magnificent rainforest. We had a room right on a cascading creek and the sound of the water was pure magic. There were a family of monkeys on the trees directly in front of our balcony, oblivious to us. So much fun to observe them. The service of the staff was exceptional and Dumi, our guide had a deep knowledge of the area and took us on some wonderful local field trips. I cant praise Glenrock enough. Keep in mind that you are in the middle...

Amazing views and vibe. Boutique classic feel to the rooms, which were comfy and clean. Great stylist. Friendly crew welcoming and with a quick check in. Would stay again in the future. Great walking distance to centre of town also. Cheers

Think Fresh Prince of Bell Air, Think Jetwings Bungalow. Sanath is your very own Uncle Geoff, there's very little that man can't do. Food is impeccable, service is attentive and the setting is of a colonial home. It truly is nostalgia magnified.

Our stay at the Galway Heights Hotel may not have happened as I had booked the wrong night for accommodation! Dilshan and the team went beyond expectations and found 2 rooms for our travelling group (the last 2!)...was kind enough to show us the room and see if it met our expectations and had them both freshened up so that we could be comfortable for the night. The team at this hotel bent over backwards to help us, the room was big, comfortable and clean and the team in the restaurant were just...

Great hotel with modern facilities. It felt like more of a home stay rather than a hotel. The food here was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The only thing missing from this place was a bit of music in the lobby and restaurant... it was very quiet while we were eating!

Thanks to Villam, Sanjaya and the team. This is a great little sanctuary nestled just off the main road as you head into town from Kandy. Clear directions provided prior to arrival, quick check-in and warm welcome provided. The 2 story villa is cosy and comfortable with all necessary amenities provided including coffee machine, microwave, fridge, usb speaker, sofa, dining table, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a wow factor and the beds were super comfortable. We stayed as a family of 4...

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very unique stay in a heritage building. Staff amazing.

Amazing hotel with vast array of amenities including 5 restaurants. Breakfast and the buffet were brilliant. Service to match, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return.
