"The room was beautiful, comfortable, great AC and wifi, the hotel itself is breathtaking, with a variety of plants and gardens, the buffet breakfast food (which was included in our package) was EXQUISITE. The dinner buffet was a bit too expensive for what it was. 13000 SLR for two people (which is about 60 CAD). "

Fabulous hotel to relax for a few days

"We had a very enjoyable and comfortable two days stay. No complaints. Our room was nice and spacious, with a bay window and seating area. You do need to be a bit agile to climb out of the shower, which is over a bath with high sides. We tried several of the restaurants and the cafe. All were good. Service can be a bit patchy, but really, who cares when you are in such lovely premises with outstanding garden areas. We were very pleased to have chosen to spend two nights here; one night is not enough to fully appreciate what is on offer. "

A beautiful hotel with wonderful views

"What a Beautiful hotel with wonderful views. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fantastic food. But beware Sri Lankan curries can be very hot. Ps the photos on the website do not do the hotel justice. Would highly recommend. Some of the rooms are a long way from the restaurant pool area , but the hotel provide an efficient golf buggy service, so not a problem. "

"My room, the views, landscaping/grounds, quality of the facilities, and food at this hotel are all superb and honestly in my view worthy of a much heftier rate. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this Nuwara Eliya!"
