"Property is fantastic. Property owner was very good to deal with. However, the advertised pricing for property was not accurate. The advertised price was for 10 people. We had 6 people going so i booked it thinking i m paying for 10. Later 3 more people joined in, so 9 in total. I was told by property i had to pay for the 3 people. So i explained to him that the way Stayz advertised it was not accurate then. He was helpful though and could see where i was coming from. He did not charge extra and...

"On arrival to the property we were provided with incorrect direction to the house. The bunk beds did not have ladders to access the top bunk - which caused an issue and we could not use. One of the bathrooms shower leaked all over the floor. The sofa bed was filthy and did not have a mattress on it so could not be used. Due to not being able to use all of the beds listed, we had to have some people sleeping on the floor. The outdoor fire area was not as described. Not enough cutlery and cups to...

"Amit was one of the friendliest most communicative hosts we have had. He made sure we were happy and comfortable and even extended our stay by two hours when we needed a bit more time to handle an issue with our vehicle. He was very accommodating. The property was modern inside, very clean and spacious. It was perfect for our fishing get away."
