The best time to visit Nuevo is generally during the dry season, from December to May, when you'll experience pleasant temperatures and less rainfall.

During these months, the weather is typically sunny with average temperatures ranging from 24°C to 29°C. This period is ideal for enjoying the beaches, water sports, and exploring the natural beauty of the area without the interruption of heavy rain showers. It's also a great time for outdoor activities such as hiking in the El Yunque National Forest or simply relaxing by the sea.

The shoulder months of November and June can also be good options. While there might be a slightly higher chance of rain compared to the peak dry season, you can often find good value on accommodation and experience fewer crowds. The temperatures remain warm and suitable for most activities.

If you prefer to avoid the busiest tourist season and don't mind the occasional rain shower, the wet season from June to November offers lush landscapes and a more local feel.
