"Everything was great except for the check-in process. The hotel made it confusing for us to check in. They mention that the late check-in service was located in a completely different area. Eventually, we went back to the hotel, and the security guard kindly gave us our key card. It would’ve been much easier if they had provided a clear check-in map or better instructions upon arrival. Apart from the check-in issue, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks."

"Grrat location just south of the river within easy walking distance to some major, historical areas. All memebers of staff were very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, wifi was great throughout the hotel and the restaurant was spacious with good food."

"The breakfast at the hotel is not bad but compared with everywhere else we ate, was overpriced. After the first day of breakfast at the hotel, we found lots of amazing bakeries nearby at much better value. We loved having the complementary tea and coffee in the hotel lobby which was a comfortable place to relax between excursions. The hotel bar was great, good value and excellent service. "

"Lower budget hotel, self check in, that is in heart of Jewish district. Lots of graffiti on run down buildings. Still felt safe. 30 minute walk to downtown square. Many restaurants and bars around the hotel."

"Good location. Good base for a weekend trip. Didn’t use the spa. Or have breakfast. The local restaurant NOVA is really lively and good for a night out and great food. We can’t fault the hotel. "

"Early October 2025. Five nights. Solo female traveler. Super clean room. Nice, easy check in. The room was basic and suited my needs perfectly. Had a mini fridge. Good natural lighting from outdoors and the indoor lighting was much better than some budget accommodations. Plenty of hot water. WiFi was excellent. Comfy bed. I didn’t have the breakfast. Also, I requested no housekeeping. Felt very safe. Great location, close to the rail station and easy walking distance to Old Town. I walked to the Schindler Factory and to the Banksy Museum and to Wawel Castle. I’m an avid walker."
