"There is not enough words to praise the staff and management. All of them they made our stay memorable and superb. Thank so much for it. Also the card and small gift for my birthday it was a one of the kind. I travel lots and most of the time I am away on my birthday but it was first time when staff and management wished me happy birthday. I will definitely back to you on my next trip to Krakow"

"It was clean enough and very well located and a bit artsy. I found the staff to be abrupt and not engaging, it didn’t feel comfortable or welcoming there overall…. It almost felt like the inmates running the institution if you know what I mean. Can’t compare to hotel Senacki where we stayed and all the staff were so kind, helpful and engaging."

"The hotel is beautiful and the views from the suite booked were amazing! The breakfast buffet was very good, with over 100 items as advertised. Our suite was amazing with a beautiful view of the river and the old city. However, the AC was not working and with the current heatwave this was a problem! I went down to the desk and they said they were going to send maintenance, but were unable to do anything to fix it. I asked about another suite but all others were occupied. My wife did not want to give up the view so we stayed there, but were hot during the night. Next morning I talked to the manager, who wished we had been offered one of the fans they had available. Too late!! No compensation was offered."

"What a brilliant value for money property in the heart of Kazimierz. staff have been great and the maids really good and flexible when I had a lie-in to come back a bit later spotless room is incredibly good value for money. I think I paid less than £100 a night and it’s in a great Location and a 20 minute walk into the centre of the old town highly recommended 👍"
