"Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and warm. Bathroom was spacious as well. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel which was useful in case you arrive late from the airport or dont feel like going out. The only draw back was the distance to the old town which was a half hour walk. There is a tram stop 15 mins walk from the hotel which can take you into the city centre. The old Jewish quarter in Kazimierz is also close by (15 min walk) with a good selection of restaurants. "

"Hotel was just excellent. Location is great, right next to the main train station in Krakow, and a couple minutes away from the main/old town square. Hotel staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, and my partner and I got a free room upgrade. Room was excellent, clean, comfortable.
Couldn’t be happier with our stay here, and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back. "

"Room was really big and modern. Close to train station and a brilliant location with everything in walking distance. The staff were awesome we where treated so well nothing was too much trouble. The pizzas where really great value.
Free breakfast was great with a hot selection made to order. Spectacular views from the rooftop hotub. Will definitely be booking again."
