Staff was so very helpful. Room was very nice and spacious. Hotel was perfectky situated fir easy access to Old Town. Maybe a 3 minute walk to the Christmas market. Would highly recommend.

I can’t recommend this place enough. It was more than we were expecting and the staff were lovely. Shout out to Konrad, Anya and Nicolas, but they were all very lovely and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Krakow, and what a lovely city!

Pros: Good location in a quiet street, but close to the main Square. Our deluxe room was spacious and nicely decorated. Cons: shower was over the bath. Bath towels were small and thin. The buffet breakfast was varied, mainly cold items , but we were surprised that there were extra charges for certain breakfast items like an omelette or poached egg, but overall enjoyed the breakfast offering.
