"Nice hotel close to train station and arena"

"Check in was smooth. Nicolas upgraded both of our rooms and provided a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we ended up taking breakfast the next morning, which was buffet style, but hot and tasty. The only thing that stopped us giving 5 stars is that we could hear the street below at times"

"Location is a little out of the centre but in a nice area. Check in was easy and the Room was clean and comfortable. I had a very good night sleep. All was good until breakfast. The breakfast area was filthy, most tables needed clearing when I arrived yet staff were just stood around talking. The breakfast was also dreadful, bacon was undercooked and cold, scrambled eggs were brown, cold beans and hard bread. When staff decided to start clearing tables, they were using a trolley which was absolutely caked in filth and just left it in the middle of the restaurant for diners to see. Wouldn’t stay here again"

"Despite being a large hotel it feels spacious and peaceful. Everywhere was clean, the breakfast was good, there is enough parking and the area feels safe"

"Parking was easy, checkin very easy. Staff helpful and very friendly. Gym and pool great but busy, room good but just 1 chair and pillow cases inside out on pillows and not covering them completely. Room quite dark with lights on but not easy to dit fien with 2 people, just one chair. So sat in the lobby"

"Really enjoyed the overnight stay. The hotel is well situated in Nottingham. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Dinner was very nice and the hotel has a nice relaxed feel to it. Only issue in my room was some of the surfaces were a bit dusty. Apart from that I would stay again."
