Excellent location, in the midst of a few bars and 10 minutes walk from the train station. Room was clean with a very powerful shower. Bed was really comfortable with a good size TV on the wall with plenty of channels. We didn’t have breakfast but heard people talking in the loft saying it was really nice with lots of choice.

Stayed one night, rooms were spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool facilities were good but little small. However, rare to have in the centre of town. Great location. The main lifts were out of order due to maintenance which was a bit of a an inconvenience. Reason for not giving 5 stars is the rooms can be quite noisy. People slamming doors in the middle of the night and the AC sounding like a generator so had to turn off whilst we slept. Overall, good hotel but needs better sound insulation.

We stayed in an executive room with access to the club lounge which was great for a fresh coffee in the morning and a pre drink before going out. I travel a lot for work and can honestly say this was the best buffet breakfast I have ever had. The staff throughout were very friendly and helpful . Will definitely be back

Really great central location with a very handy car park. We stayed here to go to a concert at rock city and it was the perfect location for it. Nice rooms. Easily walkable around the town from here or easy links to the tram.

Location to theatre and restaurants and shops is excellent. Hotel car park is easy and reasonable - £18 for 24 hours. Lots of spaces available. The lifts were out of action while we were there. All guests were using the staff lifts and it was a nightmare!! Really difficult to get a lift as they were nearly always full. You needed to add 10-15 minutes to get down to reception or pool or breakfast. Room was spacious. Bathrooms dated. Our sink would not fully empty, shared this with reception who said they would send housekeeping but never saw anyone or heard back from reception. Swim pool was nice. Steam enjoyable too although quite small. Jacuzzi was out of action for the 2 days I was there. I would recommend staying here for location and car park but that is all.

This hotel is in a great location in the centre, clean well appointed rooms. A good breakfast and great dining area. The only down side is noise in the rooms, woken several times with late night noise from folk in the corridor.

This is a really good hotel. The location is great for the theatres and cinema in Nottingham. It's in front of Rock City and a 20 min walk from the station. There are good restaurants nearby but the hotel also has 2 restaurants, room service and bar meals. It's worth upgrading to use the Club Lounge too. Comfy beds, quiet rooms and a bath! Theres a pool and soa too. No complaints!

Terribly hot room with AC which did not work, it was more like a heater as the room was warmer than outside. Very helpful staff at reception when we arrived, pleasant and courteous, but on departure, we had an awful experience with a rude and unpleasant man who made our not very nice stay even worse.
