"The staff were unfailingly friendly and welcoming, going the extra mile to serve our needs. Breakfast was fine too. The room was very clean, no complaints, and very quiet at night. Our only disappointment was in the evening meal, but given the limited facilities at the hotel, it was understandable. That was the only downside of our very peasant stay. Much recommended."

"We stayed with friends for 3 nights. The staff service and environmental was only what I can describe as superb. Set down a long tree lined avenue only gives a clue as to the lovely gardens and setting."

"The staff gave a wonderful welcome, and looked after us for our 2 night stay. Lovely spacious room. Comfy bed. Food was excellent, well stocked bar, not far to walk into the centre. The only slight drawback is tight parking, and fairly narrow spaces for modern cars. We would happily stay again."
