"Too cold in room. Turn up heat to 78 kicked on then shut down to 68. I had a cold night. Also high school kids running, screaming down the hall at 10 pm. "

"Great breakfast, they actually had to take time to prepare the ham and green chilies and hashbrowns. The coffee was tastier than any other chain hotel we’ve been to, and we’ve been to a lot. The hot tub and pool were amazing, so clean, and private. There was a miscommunication with our late checkout that we paid for, the cleaning lady kept coming in, but staff was quick to fix it and very nice about it. Would always stay here when in Albuquerque!"

"What a great hotel. We were just passing through and looking for a hotel on our way to the Grand Canyon, and happened to stumble upon this amazing piece of Americana. If you're even remotely nostalgic, or interested in route 66 or the history of 50s Westward expansion, it was 10 out of 10. You'll make minor sacrifices (at least to the snooty lot I travel with), like a small shower, but the traffic noise is lower than most modern hotels, the place is super clean and all in all, I loved it and the kids thought it was a blast. "

"Air conditioning wasn’t working for the first night of our stay. When I reported this to staff I was told air conditioning went out day before. While I appreciate this is outside the control of the staff at check in I would have like to have been advised air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Otherwise property was great and staff were very helpful."

"My room was great, clean and quiet. Outside the hotel was a man going thru the trash looking for food, made me sad. I found the desk clerk that checked me in was professionally polite, but not friendly. After a bit of begging on my part, I old and I was tired from driving, he did get me a room at 3:45. The other desk clerk was very friendly and personable. The lobby and halls were very clean. "
