"Great place for the money, the floor were a little dirty and a few items could be improved (bedroom light is super dim, battery dead in remotes). Overall for the money this place is a WIN!"

"Our stay could not have been easier. Christine was easy to communicate with and the accommodations were lovely! The location is perfect for getting to everywhere around Tampa. The view from the balcony is exactly what winter weary northerners need. The pool was warm and the pool bar / restaurant made great drinks and food. Will definitely be back! "

"Close to the airport. The beach was great with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas, but no access to the water. A pool and pool bar was appreciated. The unit was clean, but needed some improvements. The sofa bed and furniture were cheap and not sturdy. More towels are necessary when 4 people are staying."

"Great price for the centrally located location. Couple of small issues (nothing that can't be addressed). The management company was amazing. We had an issue with the internet and didn't know how to turn the heat on (who would in FL but it was unseasonably cold the 2 days we were there) and they took care of everything immediately.
