My place is in West Tampa, one of the oldest neighborhoods, located West of the Hillsborough River approximately 4 miles from Downtown Tampa and a few minutes away from Tampa International Airport, Raymond James Stadium and many other Places, Restaurants and Bars that you can explore in the surrounding area.

Perfect place for a short stay! We wanted to be able to walk to Bucs game and this was about 1.5 miles. Clean, very quiet neighborhood. Private, nice patio for relaxing. We were able to do basic cooking on hot plate and microwave. Bed was comfortable and we slept quite well. Best of all host friendly and great communication on parking, access, etc. would stay again!

Tampa Concert Weekend

The property was perfect for our needs. We attended a country concert Friday and downtown Tampa on Saturday. The location was perfect and all the basics were covered at the property. A clean safe place to sleep and shower. The communication with the host was great!

Great Loft

Stayed at the loft for 10 days as a base to explore Tampa, St. Pete, and go to spring training games. Came just as advertised. Really enjoyed my trip.

Cool and quiet

It was literally just as advertised. It was comfortable and cozy and was just overall a nice spot for my wife and I to hang out when we weren’t out doing something. Would stay here again 🙌

Had a lovely time. The place was located in what I would be described as a mother in law suite in a separate house on the property. Very tidy and the plants on the patio are beautiful

Very nice little place. Comfortably fit me and my partner. The host was very nice. Everything was clean and fully stocked. There was even pots, plates, and pans provided! I will 100% book here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very nice little getaway, and the size was just right for the evening. Wi-fi was very spotty as it is transmitted from the main property. A small tv is provided with antenna cable and Netflix account that is owned by the provider. Tried watching but was instantly kicked off because there were 2 other people currently using. Contacted owner through the VRBO app and it was quickly corrected. My only real gripe is that the bed is hard as a rock amd the bedding was miniscule to say the least. For 175 a night to sleep in someones backyard, I thought a littlr more effort could have been made.

Easy convenient stay

Very good overall Check arrival was very smooth. The property manager is very responsive. Few minor things one is the bathroom faucet was not running very well and there’s missing out light bulbs but overall convenient and as stated on the listing would stay again.Thank you.

Cute place

Our stay was good. The place was kept very clean and it was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable and we were able to watch Netflix on the TV - which was a plus :) I didn't love the area we were in but it was fine for the stay. Very close to the stadium if you enjoy football and want to see Tampa Bay games!!

Everything you need in your own private, back yard loft. Kitchenette had everything you needed if you wanted to make a meal. A/C and ceiling fan. Comfortable bed. Very close to airport. Host is on-site if you need anything. Highly recommend.
