"We really enjoyed our stay. The rotating breakfast options were a huge plus, had a great variety each day with plenty of high-carb and healthy choices, which was perfect for our fitness competition. There was also lots of space to sit and eat comfortably. The location was convenient, and we realized it was only a short walk to the busy nightlife. However, it didn’t feel like the safest area to walk back from bars alone or without a larger group. Our room was great, spacious, clean, and we appreciated having a small kitchen with a microwave, sink, and fridge. The only downside was parking. We had to choose between valet or feeding street meters. They were fast to bring car around when we needed it. Other than that, it was a solid stay."

"The accommodations suited my needs which were for a hot shower, a bed for sleeping, and HV/AC. The majority of my Austin are visit was spent elsewhere. Room was clean and VERY quiet. Lack of closet for hanging clothes (there were wall hooks instead - very odd) and no luggage rack for additional guest's bags was slightly inconvenient and a surprise! But overall, price was right for a clean, quiet sleeping space. Check-in employee could use some training and coaching in creating a good first impression for herself and the property. Interaction was perfunctory and cold, even when told her this was my first experience at this type of property and tried to engage her in more informative interaction. That was her one opportunity to sell me on my first experience with this property specifically and this style of IHG brand abbreviated accommodations. "

"This place was incredible! The staff were extra friendly and helpful. We ate at the Second Kitchen restaurant our first night and loved the food so much we ended up canceling our breakfast reservation at another favorite brunch spot the next day so we could eat there another time. If you’re into quaint bohemian style boutique hotels, DO NOT MISS THIS ONE! "
