"Only down side was room service never came to clean my room other than that everything was great room was clean upon arrival staff was friendly and helpful. Laguna tower is for the smokers okayyyyy 😂. Most of the restaurants opened certain days. Self parking or valet the hotel offers courtesy credit for the parking "

"The facility including the hallway to our hotel room reaked of cigarette smoke so badly that it gave me a migraine. We ended up checking out early. I have stayed at other casino/hotels before and none were as bad as this."

"Room was clean. Hallways and elevators are dirty as is the hallway carpets. The hotel could use a serious upgrade. In fact they charge a resort fee and there are no amenities. "

"Lack of maintenance and unprofessional staff. The lady in the front desk gave us a hard time every time we asked for any assistance, “threatened to call the cops”!!! when asked to open our room door because we left our key inside the room. Broken amenities!! My 7 year old had to be hospitalized with neumonia due to his asthma flaring up by sleeping in a dry and cold room. The heater wasn’t functioning properly, we informed the staff and nothing was done. Cold air and water was also coming in the room through the window."
