"Owner never responded to my messages and on the day of arrival I was stuck at the Hanoi airport without check in instructions with my family. Had to cancel and quick find other accomodations. This listing is a SCAM!"

"Made it halfway around the world with my reservation ready only to find a nice French couple had also rented the same unit. No notification, no warning. The owner apparently listed on several sites and doesn't check messages as often as perhaps she should. We used agoda to find a hotel nearby, which I recommend anyone considering this property also do. Save yourself the headache and scramble to find some other place at the last minute."
