호텔스닷컴 예약을 했지만,입장부터 차별대우 받고 20분을 넘게 확인을 해야했다. 방은 콤팡이 냄새와 청결하지 못한 컨디션.. 본관수영장을 가기위해 이동용 차량을 불렸지만 서비스가 어렵다는 회신.. 직영운영이라는 말 만 믿었는데.. 절대 다시는 가지않을거고,호텔스닷컴 또한 이용하지 않을겁니다.
