"Staying here was a great choice. The area is currently under construction and a little far from the center. But the peace and friendliness of the neighborhood makes up for it. Lee and Long took excellent care of me. Halfway through my stay, I had made friends and started coming home later in the night. They kept an eye out for when I’d be home to make sure I got home safe. They shared meals and Lee brought me gifts from her trip to China. I’m grateful they made me feel so welcome so far from...

"Only stayed one hour due to the cleanliness of the room. Hair covered the floor and bed, multiple coloured stains on the bedsheets along with ANTS crawling in one of them, the toilet was covered in urine stains and the towels had not seemed to be washed but rather just taken and refolded, I could see the crust on the towels, condoms were on the mini fridge and the rooms air quality was dusty. Couldn’t even check out as there was no employees to be found after looking. Avoid this place at all...

"We had a wonderful time. The accommodation was perfect, but what really made our stay unforgettable was our charming host. She was there for us from the very beginning, offering advice and assistance with everything. Her personal insider tips were especially great! Once again, we realized just how important and enriching it is to talk with the locals. You get to know the country in a whole new way. Thank you so much for everything!"

Royal Signature Hotel Hanoi

8/10 Good

"The staff was very helpful and kind. Room was nice. The hotel is on a narrow alley that cars can’t go down. You will need to be dropped off and picked up on a nearby street."

Solaria d'Oriente Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We booked this hotel last minute as the hotel we initially booked did not meet our expectations, and it was the best decision to choose this hotel. The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived, down to our departure. The staff were helpful and friendly - we enjoyed casual chats and recommendations for sightseeing. The hotel was spotless clean - lobby, room, spa, bar and restaurant. The room was well equipped. The functionality of the room was clearly designed with guests’ comfort and convenience in mind. The restaurant was amazing too. We had an enjoyable stay!"

Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to Bob, who was incredibly helpful and attentive, and Duc, who kindly helped us with our luggage and provided excellent service. Happy was also very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Their kindness and professionalism really made a difference to our experience. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Would happily stay here again!"

GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi

10/10 Excellent

"We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. The location, in the heart of the Old Quarter, is perfect for its proximity to L1ke kiem, interesting shops, the Water Puppet Theater and great restaurants. The hotel restaurant is wonderful with a fabulous buffet breakfast and superior service-Rosalie was so helpful and also had great suggestions for activities in Hanoii. Also, the rooftop bar has a nice view and extensive cocktail list. The hotel service was simply excellent. We had to catch a bus several blocks away after we checked out, and James was exceptionally helpful in making sure we got to the right pick up point, getting our bags there and confirming the pick up details with the driver. We highly recommend this hotel."
