"Facility appears to be new so things still look well maintained. What I had expected to be a higher level experience seemed lacking. The pool and hot tub were a long distance away from the room and the steam room was a bit dirtier appearing than expected. What really missed was attention to details. Small counter space in bathroom lacked towel hangers or anyway to keep things up. The bedroom was inundated with digital displays (thermostats, a/c units, phones, clocks, etc) that turned what could be a peaceful sleep into the forth of July. Bed was also one of the most firm I’ve ever experienced. Didn’t quite provide the relaxation or comfort I had desired for a stay at a space expected to be higher quality."

"Nothing worked. Not the pool, not the hot tub, even the work out room was closed. The faucet in our room was broken. When you turned it on the water went everywhere. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff was super friendly, helpful and aways polite. Our room was sparkling clean and hotel in general had a pleasant smell of pines and was well maintained. We also loved tha GOOD tea was always available in the lobby!"

"Currently disputing a double charge from this hotel with my credit card. So, not the best time to get my opinion of my stay. It definitely wasn’t worth twice the price. There was a full poorly stocked kitchen. Bring anything you may wish to use to cook. The place was clean but I I think it was only because it was so new. Was happy with what seemed to be a very cheap place to stay and the size of the room in our way through town to the desert. "
