"Great location, convenient to the Black Canyon Freeway and 101. Lighting in the room was a little confusing. Several light switches with one being the master on/off which wasn't quickly evident. Were given a handicap room, which I don't prefer. Beautiful and spacious lower level community area. Didn't feel that the check-in experience was top notch as the employee didn't project warmth and welcoming spirit. More smiles and eye contact please."

"I booked a room. There thinking that I would get a complimentary breakfast that's one of the reasons I went with courtyard but to no avail I had to pay for it I hope they take that option down in the advertisement"

"The hotel overall was clean, neat and presentable. Our room one bed was better than the other and the shower needed some upgrading the tub could be a hazard. You can see they are currently doing renovations in the lobby and some of the rooms but it was clean neat and not a distraction. The staff manager, desk clerks, maintenance, house keeping made sure to make you feel welcomed and comfortable they were friendly and helpful. To the lady making sure the breakfast was ready she never skipped a beat making sure there everything was hot, ready and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again."
