"Amazing little place! It was very clean and a short walk to campus and Mid Town. Will stay again. "

"Absolutely lovely stay."

"Stay was excellent. Everything was so clean and well decorated. Would definitely stay here again."

"The place was perfect!"

"I had an awesome time learning about the history of the property, the people and even the spirits surrounding Ann Stevens' house. The owners are very warm and welcoming."

"Parking is tight. The designated parking is approx. Three tenths of a mile away which isn't bad unless its raining, hot, or if you're expecting it. Somehow it rained, it was hot, and I didn't realize the distance beforehand. Ita funny now, not so much at the time... also get the Parking pass from the room BEFORE you park."

"Easy check in and clean. Would stay again!"

"This is my second time coming! Overall my experience was great, we spent most of the time at the pool or using the grill outside. I will definitely come back again next time!"

"Quiet, very quiet. Short stroll to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Occassionally I was the only one on the beach, which I think is wonderful. Bed slept great.....great vacation. "

"Absolutely beautiful cottage in a great location. Will stay again. "

"Very nice property. One of the chairs on the balcony gave way with me sitting in it, but I'm ok."

"The property was very cozy and clean. My kids loved sleeping on the beds in the loft. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had nice showers. We enjoyed how the location was tucked away but still close enough to local stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends for their stays in the Orange Park area!"

"Nice"

"This is a perfect house/location for a single couple or with 1 school age child, to go exploring downtown Ancient City. It’s very cozy, clean and has everything you need."
