"It was challenging getting luggage to/from room as the lift was broken"

"Very clean property and the staff is AMAZING! We had to stay here because our son is a UCSF patient on chemotherapy for his autoimmune condition. Once the staff new about our situation they helped us tremendously. They upgraded our room to help with my son, gave us breakfast vouchers and a 10% discount that they did not have to give. We will be staying again at this location as we have another appointment coming up on December 1, 2025! Thank you to the staff at IHG Intercontinental SF. We will see you again soon."

"The staff were all helpful and accommodating to every request and question. The rooms are spacious, nice, and clean. The view from the windows was a complete bonus (especially at night)! Minutes walk from pretty much everything. Thanks for a nice stay - we will be back. "

"This is an older older hotel but that’s what makes it so cozy. My room didn’t have central heater/air but had a fire place. Some rooms do have Central heating and Air I think you need to ask the front desk if that’s important to you. My room was Comfy and clean. Staff was super friendly. They do provide valet parking and it is expensive they say it’s like $30+ dollars but after all these ridiculous add one it’s like $60 still it’s a great hotel "
