"After an initial issue in gaining access as code for door entry hadn't been activated and the emergency number didn't extend for assistance after 5.0pm, arriving at 8.30pm we would have been stumped without getting help from a neighbour opposite who thankfully had the owners personal number which on contacting the door access code was set within 15minutes. Our stay was very good after this initial hiccup and we would stay at the property again. "

Couldn't fault it and would have stayed longer if we could. Some lovely local landmarks including St Botolphs Church and Farnborough Hall just a short walk away. "Front door is 5 yards from busy A43. Contacted owner for key code Friday am for Friday stay did not reply till 14.21 Sunday. Builders next door Hammering just after 7 Saturday and Monday. Cover on front bed filthy. Toilet seat not attached correctly. No logs provided for log burner or tools. Welcome pack not as advertised no wine no milk no eggs no crisps small loaf. Outside area no parasols cushions left outside dirty and cigarette burn, and a broken chair. Broken glass in cupboard. Very noisy...
