"Our stay at Sunrise Sands was absolutely perfect. The home is right on the beach and has the most stunning sunrise views! The convenience in having the beach right behind us was incredible especially with all the kids. We loved having beach chairs and toys already provided—it made our days by the water effortless.The house itself is truly luxury living at the beach. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it’s stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. It was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and clearly well cared for. We loved the Octopus light! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Sunrise Sands exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!"

"Our impromptu getaway was so very needed!!! Lots of life’s happenings caused a well-deserved break!! Shanna’s communication before the trip was professional & well planned. We checked in later than we wanted due to our late departure, however, when we walked in, we were completely wowed with this condo! The condo looked like every single picture shared online! This condo is in pristine condition! Once we were there, we never even left! We brought our own snacks and food to eat and enjoyed every second we got enjoying this rental! I spent many hours on the beach as it was absolutely gorgeous weather! The kitchen was very well stocked, and all items were even labeled! My Type A personality appreciated all of the extra details! All linens were clean, crisp, white, and had no odors. I appreciated the expectations they shared for their beautiful condo in their welcome information. It’s obvious they want each guest to have the exclusive amenities they offer! We did enjoy the restaurant in the complex!There is no doubt that we will use Shanna’s condo many times in the future!!! You’ve done a beautiful job allowing us to have a home away from home! "

"We are pretty well-travelled as a family. When we had our family time to talk about trip agenda or how things were tracking in general (like a state-of-the-union sort or evaluation mid-trip. State-of-the-stay?), we all agreed this place was top 3 all-time homes we've stayed in; with several votes for 1st place. I'm not sure I could give the home higher praise than that! The location is enough all by itself. WYSIWYG as far as the VRBO listing and the pictures there. The waves breaking, the walkway to the beach, the stars. There are shelves amd shelves full of family games for nights when you just want to hang at the house (why wouldnt you want that?), and all the gakes are in new or like-new condition. Just yes x 1000. One of my sons is stationed at MCAS New River, and it is all of our hope that this home is available whenever we come back (and this is already our 5th trip to N.C. since october '24). If you're still swiping or on the fence, Im not sure what else I can say to sway you. Thank you to our host Michelle for the prompt response and to the owner for the pride and upkeep of the home itself. 10-out-of-10, would recommend :)"

"The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Bathrooms had TP and showers came with shampoo conditioners and body wash. The outdoor storage closet all everything you could need for a day at the beach. Tons of games to play in the living room. We had a great time. The host was responsive and accommodating. Just a wonderful time and we would book the house again. With a big group you may want some coolers for drinks to free up space in the fridge. "
