"Breakfast was great. Loved my omelet on both mornings. Everything else was great too. Chefs even cooked omelets for guests who arrived after the cut off time, even 30 minutes later. Staff were nice and courteous. It was just very busy and noisy during my stay but that wasn't the hotel's fault. I think there was a family reunion and they were catching up. I also wished they had smart TVs in rooms so i could watch my show on Netflix but they had on-demand movies so that was okay. There's also a...

"My check in was at 3 pm, told us to wait to get our room cleaned we waited,for about 2 hrs went back our room was not ready , only checked in at 7:45 pm ."

"Two night stay and the toilet did not work. Told the hotel staff at in the morning and not fixed until after five pm. Went almost an entire day which was half of our trip having to go down flights of stairs to the public restroom. Asked that they make it right at checkout and partially reimburse for the inconvenience. Told us they could not since we booked through Expedia."
