"This was the perfect place to stay right down the street from Stony Brook University. We like that this hotel was small and we parked right outside of our room. Everything was clean and neatly organized. Plenty of towels and toiletries. It was the perfect hotel for one night so that I didn't have to drive to my conference at SBU in the morning. It would be a nice place for a weekend as well. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. "

"Beautiful home with everything you need! The property manager was great at communicating and made our stay seamless. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals at home, there is extra linens in the closet and they even provide separate pool towels! Overall a wonderful stay, the home is close to town and many restaurants. "

"The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!"

"This property is pristine inside and out with fabulous mid-century photography/artwork throughout the house and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The location could not be better. It’s an easy drive into downtown Southampton but the secluded pool area makes it feel like you’re on your own private island. My husband needed to join us from the city and both the train and Jitney stops are less than 5 minutes away. We would love to stay here again. "

"The house was perfect for our whole family, children, grandchildren and niece. The three levels provided privacy if desired and the dining and living room areas gave us plenty of together time. The outside was spectacular huge yard great pool and lots of pool floaters and lots of games and fun things to do. The host responded quickly to every contact and addressed all of our questions and needs. Highly recommend especially for families with small children as the property is very safe and child friendly. If ever in This area again we will definitely try to book Dan’s house! "
