"We really loved our stay here! The house and property were beautifully kept and maintained. The pool was lovely to come back to at the end of our day exploring.The beds were so comfy and we loved sitting on the cozy couch at night watching movies.The location was close to Southampton Village, which was great to pop into town for shopping or a meal.The host was so helpful and responded immediately to any questions that we had. We so appreciated when they allowed us to have the heat turned up on the pool.Our only issue was that there is a major highway close by. If you are at all sensitive to noise, then it makes it really hard to sleep. There is a gas station that is close by and you can hear the trucks gearing down. I was awoken early every morning when the trucks started coming by. I had to switch sleeping in the master bedroom (which overlooks the front) with my daughter. It is also hard to sit outside without hearing the roar of the traffic. But there are trees and a big garden so if noise doesn't bother you then you won't see the traffic going by."

"Ken was a good host: readily available and communicated well.The property was as advertised. We were a group of college buddies getting together nearly 40 years after graduation. This secluded retreat was ideal for us. The rustic property was clean. There were more than enough beds for our small group of six."

"Great location, very clean and communication with Debbie from the management company was excellent. All bedrooms are large and roomy, the living area was kind of tight between the dining table and couches. One thing we found a little odd is that the TV is by the table and not in front of couch for easy viewing. There is plenty of room outside around the pool area and the pool house is a wonderful addition with tons of room as well as a ping pong table & small pool table. Lots of floats & noodles, beach chairs & pool towels.The house is in a great location, very private setting yet close to area attractions.We were a group of 7 and had a wonderful time!"
