"Needed a last minute place to stay and this was PERFECT!! Reasonably priced and the owner is lovely. The rooms have everything you need and there’s a bar on the property where you can play pool and have an after-dinner drink. Highly recommend!"

"The people in the office welcomed us kindly. The first impression for us when we entered the room was that the room was clean and neat, and nicely warmed up. We were glad we stayed there during our trip. The price was very good compared to other places."
"We were looking for a quick overnight in the East End, and the Harpoon House exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spacious (a suite!) and well-appointed, blending the charm of the original 1648 (!) building with modern amenities and furnishings. We didn't take advantage of the on-property restaurant (formerly Blu Mar), but the menu - by acclaimed chef Rocco DiSpirito - looked excellent, if a bit pricey. Location was ideal, within easy walking distance of all Main Street shops and restaurants, and less than a mile to the beach. And, although things were a bit quieter than in the height of summer - not a bad thing! - we loved being out there for the fall harvest season, with wineries and farms in full swing. All-in-all, our stay at the Harpoon House made for a perfect fall weekend in the Hamptons - highly recommended. "

"The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend. The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away.
