Breakfast really exceeded my expectations, lots of choice and great quality, definitely the best breakfast I've had in a hostel. Hostel is very modern and clean, with nice events: I especially loved the Friday $5 lasagna night. Booked a female only room and felt safe throughout my stay, really liked the design of the bunk beds with their curtains, lights and convenient charging points. Only improvement I would suggest right now is proper lockers rather than trays under the beds for personal...

So easy to travel in from the airport on the train to Central Station, and walk 5mins to The Pod. Then it's a stroll to lot of great food choices around Chinatown. Opposite World Square with lots of shops including a Coles supermarket, and Town Hall Station. 2 stops and you're at Circular Quay and walking around The Rocks and the Opera House. The hotel was super clean, quiet and with friendly helpful staff. I will stay here again and recommend to all my friends visiting Sydney.

The host for this property made for a great stay! Upon check-in I was assisted with my luggage up the stairs, the cleaner is on super top of all the amenities, the communal lounge was warm and cozy during a particularly cold winter visit, and public transport is a 2 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again. :)

This is where the cool old people go as well as the backpackers. Seriously. It's cheap, has a fun vibe and you have access to great kitchens to do your own food.

Wasn't expecting too much for the price I paid.
WOW - exceeded my expectations.
Double with ensuite was clean an quiet.
Excellent staff, location, airco, plenty of hot water and comfy bed. The communal kitchen is well kitted out and keep clean and tidy.
The rooftop terrace is cool - even has a Sydney tower view.
Luggage storage for a few hours after checkout - much appreciated
Minor beef - no fridge in ensuite rooms - had to go down 2 floors to a communal fridge.

Everything seems ok. Only suggestion please provide power point in every bed (up or down) and also lights for everyone’s convenience.

Staff were friendly and made sure everything was covered and did their best to accomodate me in every way. This is my best hostel experience, the room was very tidy had a nice view of central station. Towels were provided with hotel soaps and shampoos for showers which isn't as common in hostels and was a big plus (some hostels charge for towels)! There was no key deposit to be made so checking out was easy and quick as was checking in. The reception was happy to have a conversation and made...

I love staying at Nomads. A little more expensive but worth it for the location. Staff are lovely and super helpful no matter the situation.
