"I hosted a group of ladies for a bachelorette party! The house was perfectly located to visit the local sites. We were in walking distance to the brewery where we enjoyed a great meal. "We stayed at the adjacent property ( the Pepper) while my mother and my son took up accommodation in the Salt cottage. We will be forever grateful to have been able to rent bith properties to have a group family vacation that will be remembered for years to come. "Our family of 5 (youngest child 19 years) spent 5 days of Christmas here. We put up a tree, hung stockings, snuggled in jammies, played cards, did a puzzle, built Lego, watched movies, read books, walked the trail to the root cellar (3 times), cooked a turkey feast, and just relaxed. We may never spend Christmas home again."
