"The friendly service shone for me. Staff worked well fabulous team work. Good location for tram stops. A good system for reserved parking. Entertainment each night. Table tennis . Pool table for families. Food / well catered for a good variety of traditional meals which I like. Tv lounge also had a quiet section .Built in conservatory style grand view of the sea/promenade. Playing cards / reading etc. Made to feel really wellcome I would definitely stay there again. Again well done to the staff a fantastic team . Level of hospitality. Highly recommended."

"The room was great (purple room), comfy bed, fab location, well looked after. Had a great stay here over all. The only couple of issues were, none answered messages on here prior to visit, bins un emptied from previous guest, and the toilet needs looking at, as made a filling noise every 5 minutes throughout the night. Staff seemed so busy with the cafe in the morning when we checked out, so didn’t want to mither them with these minor things. Would definitely stay again though"
