"Reception staff when checking i feel was a bit rude, bed was super hard and very uncomfortable!
Night staff absolutely amazing! Went out there way to help us with the bed situation, day staff on check out wonderful just a shame on the staff when we srrived "

"I was on a Army Veterans Reunion for the weekend & I was able to park in the pub carpark next to the hotel for £7.50 per day, payment at the pub bar, due to the hotel parking is at a minimum, but it was no great problem.
Bar was good as were the staff, and we also had 2 singers on the last night of our stay, sadly there was only around 12 of us watching as most guests had left, but the singers were great.
We had to leave early before the normal breakfast time, due to having to attend a unexpected medical appointment, but the waitress (Louise) helped us out the previous evening at dinner, saying that we could get breakfast early at 7:15 with her and have some cereals, toast, yogurts, tea, coffee etc. Thanks Louise 👍🤗
All staff were great, friendly, helpful and polite. Definitely use again. Thanks "

"I have stayed at the pelham on numerous occasions and will continue to do so its immaculately clean the staff are amazing and the breakfast is absolutely perfect. I alaays recommend the pelham to family and friends and as i said will continue to stay there. In blackpool this is my favourite hotel close to shops amenities and run superbly by martin and george."

"We had a lovely stay, staff very helpful. Food choice and quality wonderful, no queues at free bars. Good location, entertainment good.
Rooms a bit tired though clean,but value for money unbeatable so can't be lots in the pot left for big refurbishment.
Main areas fine though, second visit, would definitely return. "
