"It was a very nice hotel and a room, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean, including the hallway and lobby area. The only difficulty I had was that the staff did not speak any English so it was a little difficult since my Japanese skill is not great. "Amazing location for a few days. Very comfortable and located in the station which has convenience. Shopping around, food everywhere, just very busy when you leave the hotel if you want something different. The hotel however was very nice. "

Rooms - clean and nice. We had the 2 singles and 1 queen, and it was like a 2 bedroom suite. Rooms are not big, so if you have a lot of luggage, it will be tight. But, they use the space very very well, with a lot of convenient extras (i.e, baskets for your sauna trip, water and snacks in fridge, cubbies)
Food
Breakfast buffet is great. Well stocked buffet doesn’t fun out of food. Japanese section is the best. Coffee machine and drinks are great. Free yogurt drink in the morning in the relaxation room, free ice cream in the afternoon.
Location
Near Kyoto Station, you can walk from there to the hotel. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. A Don Quiote is minutes away.
Other
No shoes in the hotel. They clean your luggage wheels before you check in. This can be getting used it.

"Very friendly staff and beautiful location. You can easily get to Umeda/Osaka Station (15 mins north) or Yodoyabashi Station (10 mins south) which will take you anywhere you need. Executive bar access is awesome!
